Reports

An agreement to file a final report is a condition of each grant award. These reports serve a two-fold purpose: (1) to provide the Foundation with valuable information on the successes and challenges of grantee endeavors within areas of focus, and (2) to comply with Internal Revenue Service regulations on the use of funds.

Final reports are due at the conclusion of the one-year grant period or earlier if all funds are expended sooner. Past grantees that have not filed reports with the Foundation will be required to do so before an invitation to submit a formal Application will be extended for any future grants.

An interim report is required of grantees that wish to apply for a further grant but have not yet filed a final report. Interim reports may be submitted with the Preliminary Proposal when applying for a new grant.
